All our products come with a customer satisfaction guarantee and should you feel you need to return or exachange an item, this needs to be done with 7 days of receipt of your order.

If, for some reason, we have sent you the wrong order, or the item is damaged in transit, we will automatically replace the item. We may request a photo of the parcel and how it arrived with you and any damage that has been caused. Any goods that need to be returned will be paid for by us and you will be sent a postal sticker along with your nearest MyHermes collection point to drop the parcel off. All goods that are returned need to have all labels in tact, must not have been worn and must not have been washed.

Any refunds will be credited back to you via the original method of payment.
